The challenge
Small optical shops keep patient records on paper and sales in notebooks or spreadsheets. Finding a patient, knowing which glasses are due today or how much is owed takes time, and a lost record can’t be recovered.
What we did
- Clinical records with per-eye prescriptions and a PDF prescription
- Sales with deposits, payments and balances, linked to the exam
- Order board and frame inventory with barcodes
- Each shop isolated from the others, with two-step verification, audit log and daily encrypted backups
The result
- Available as a service for optical shops, with a one-month trial
- Works on computers, tablets and phones, and can be installed as an app
